BUSHWHACKER OUTDOOR SERVICES LLC specializes in helping clients through the initial process of converting qualifying land from 1-d-1 Ag to the special use Wildlife Management Valuation. We have extensive experience navigating the application process including preparation assistance on all required forms and the authoring of a comprehensive wildlife plan tailored to your individual tract.

If eligible, we will follow up to conduct an on-site property inspection to further assess the habitat and review landowner goals for the wildlife plan.
In the State of Texas, the window to submit a change in land use with your local county appraisal district is from January 1 - April 30 every year. While we can accommodate consulting services and property inspections year-round, we can only submit wildlife plans and applications for conversion during this window.
